AIIM Technologies is a small, fast technology company. We combine hard-won local experience with modern global technology, and turn both into working, relevant solutions.

Why we started.

Our founders have worked on both sides of the problem. Michael spent nine years in Zimbabwean local authority and NGO finance, then three years as a financial analyst in education. Immaculate is an HR practitioner with over four years in Zimbabwean banking and two years in UK financial services.

Between them they have seen how institutions here really run, and how well-run organisations elsewhere do the same work. Too often the software on offer was built for somewhere else, with steady power, one currency and cheap data.

So we started AIIM Technologies to design software around Zimbabwean conditions while borrowing the best of what the wider world has learned. Our first product, EduCore ZW, is a school management system. Its finance modules grew from Michael’s experience, and its HR module was inspired by Immaculate’s.

We design, develop and own the copyright to EduCore ZW, and we are a Zimbabwean owned and controlled company.

What we believe.

Local first, globally informed

We start from Zimbabwean realities: more than one currency, unreliable power and data, and real compliance duties. Then we add global good practice such as offline-first design, role-based access and privacy by design.

Small on purpose

You deal with the people who build the software. With nobody between you and us, we can listen, decide and react quickly.

Practical before clever

Plain language, simple setup and tools that people can use on a busy Monday morning. If it does not make real work easier, we do not build it.
